CONXION collaborates with many different manufacturers in China, among other places. To ensure that our products are manufactured in accordance with ethical guidelines and with respect for the environment and human rights, our manufacturers have made a commitment to observe a special code – our Code of Conduct. CONXION does not accept that our suppliers:
- Use child, forced or involuntary labour
- Treat their employees with anything other than dignity and respect
- Discriminate when hiring employees or in the daily work
CONXION’s suppliers must ensure a healthy and safe workplace that complies with all applicable local legislation and regulations. Furthermore, they must accept that proper wages are an important part of meeting the basic needs of their employees. CONXION’s suppliers must comply with all applicable environmental legislation and regulations.
